Is this for you?
Never thrown a punch? You'll build from the ground up — stance, footwork, the basic strikes — with coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
Already training? You'll sharpen the sharp end — clinch work, elbows, counters, fight IQ, and controlled sparring.
Walk out after 8 weeks with real striking skills, more strength, better conditioning, and the confidence that comes with earning them.
What's included
The 8-Week Muay Thai Curriculum — a progressive program that scales from complete beginner to advanced, with in-person coaching at the gym plus take-home guides.
The Nutrition Guide — protein targets, how to eat around training days, hydration, and a sample day of eating. Simple enough to follow for all 8 weeks.
The Weight Training Regimen — a lifting plan built to make you stronger without burning you out for fight training.
5 coached sessions per week — 40 sessions total across the 8 weeks.

How the 8 weeks work
Weeks 1–2: Foundations — stance, footwork, jab/cross/hook, teep, basic defense.
Weeks 3–4: Kicks & knees — roundhouse mechanics, checking, knee strikes, clinch intro.
Weeks 5–6: Elbows, clinch work — counters and defensive systems.
Weeks 7–8: Fight IQ — combinations, controlled sparring, conditioning peak, final assessment.
You'll do a baseline assessment in week 1 and a re-test in week 8 — so the transformation is measured, not just felt.

Real Results From Real Students
"I have been training in Muay Thai for three years while living with cancer. Training has given me strength, discipline, and something positive to focus on. It helps me face each day with determination and reminds me to keep pushing forward, one day at a time." Edd Lubey
"Since starting Muay Thai three years ago, I have become more confident, disciplined, and focused. Training has taught me to believe in myself, work through challenges, and never give up when things get difficult. It has helped me manage my emotions, build friendships, and stay positive both inside and outside the gym. Muay Thai has become more than just a sport to me; it has helped me grow as a person and become a stronger version of myself." Nick Earl
Questions? Answered.
I've never done martial arts. Can I do this?
Yes. The curriculum scales by level — beginners drill mechanics and build conditioning while advanced students add sparring rounds, clinch sparring, and complex combinations.
Is sparring mandatory?
No — controlled sparring is scaled to your level and optional for beginners.
Do I need my own gear?
We recommend having your own gear. If you don't have any, we can supply it for you — we also sell equipment.
What if I miss training days?
Miss a day? Jump back in at the next session — the program is built so you won't fall behind.
How is this different from a regular membership?
A regular membership is training at your own pace, no fixed program. The Challenge is an 8-week program with a start date — progressive curriculum, nutrition guide, weight lifting plan, with everyone training towards the same goal together.
